TOP NEWS:

Alexander Wang will show a collection on the runway for the first time since 2019. In 2020, the designer was accused of sexual misconduct by several people, 10 of whom hired attorney Lisa Bloom to represent them. In 2021, after Wang pledged to "do better," no charges were filed and Bloom left a statement on the matter. "My clients had the opportunity to speak their truth to him and expressed their pain and hurt. We acknowledge Mr. Wang's apology and we are moving forward. We have no further comment on this matter."
The comeback isn't surprising; bad behavior is not exactly something fashion has been tough on in the past. We will have to wait until the show to see just how fast the PR machine is spinning for the brand.

Dress Code by Véronique Hyland
Elle magazine Fashion Features Director Véronique Hyland's recently released "Dress Code" is a whip-smart essay collection about the importance and impact of fashion. The author, who coined the term "millennial pink," explores how fashion informs everything around us.
TOP CLOTHING:

EB Denim Cross Over Jeans
The second it gets a little bit warm, I'm all about loose denim. Of course, not just any denim will do - upcycled, thoughtfully designed and manufactured is the only thing that will suffice. Outside of the classic thrift, EB Denim is a brand that adds a youthful feel to recycled jeans. My favorites are the cross-over jeans.
TOP LISTENING:

The Format, Your New Name
When I was in high school, one of my favorite bands was the now sort of broken up band called The Format. You might know the lead singer Nate Ruess from his more popular band, Fun. Anyway, on Friday, as I was about to write this newsletter, they released a new recording of their song "Your New Name." It's the same lyrics, but the sound is different. It's a little more grown-up but elicited the same reaction from me: tears.
TOP, UH, DRINKING:

This week is not a tea week. This week is an orange wine week because again, there is nice weather. If you haven't tried Calcarius "Orange," here is your sign. It's pretty affordable minimal intervention wine (around $20 for the 1 liter bottle), and super tasty.

Here are just three really good vintage pieces I saw on the internet for you to feast your eyes on (and maybe get!)
